There is a stupid, stupid policy that the pages turn over on draft day, despite me trying for years to get the Ice Hockey WikiProject to switch to July 1 - you know, the actual turnover date for the NHL itself - but there is too much inertia and a vocal minority of opposers, so instead we're left with splitting up buyouts and the like.
