How do you score 9 goals in 3 periods against Price & Bobrovsky and then get shut out by McElhinney & Saros?

You would figure being down 4-0in the third... You would start experimenting with the power play and other lines. Or giving Ellis some NHL minutes.
He has lost a ton of weight. 20 pounds easily. Probably more.
By not being very good. Saros has had to make few good saves tonight. Lots of muffins and floaters. How do you score 9 goals in 3 periods against Price & Bobrovsky and then get shut out by McElhinney & Saros?

I even said he is a bad goalie, that still doesn't make the goals his fault, its not like hes letting muffins in from bad anglesNo need to be a dick. Brossoit is indefensibly bad. You tried to defend him. You can't deny how bad he is so you are a jerk.
- were taking a ton of perimeter shotsUhh.. have an exam tomorrow so I just checked the boxscore. What the heck are these shot totals? What is happening out there and how are we losing this bad with 40-15?

Or giving Puljujarvi some PP time?
A quality NHL backup should be held to a little higher standard than "not letting in muffins from bad angles."
Easiest shutout of Saros' career.Nobody is every in front screening on all of these slappers the entire game.
McLellan will probably drop Puljujarvi down to the 4th line to "send a message" for the loss tonight.
