Every single expert picked the Flames. They said the Flames had:

Better forwards. Not even close, our forward group did laps around their group.

Better D. Flames defense was horrible. Ours stood their ground.

Better G. Vezina candidate shit the bed in every single game. Smith leaked, but was by far the better goalie.
