I'm not clear if he is by signing an ELC. Usually once someone signs on, I've only seen them go to the AHL afterwards. Just wanting to know.

I'd say one last year in Seattle, that team could be very good again.

He has to. He's too young for the AHL so its either WHL or NHL and he's not NHL ready.

If he were 2 years older and continued to progress well he'd be fighting for a spot next season IMO. He's one of the reasons that I'd be fine with us landing a short term option like Wiznewski as a 3rd pairing/PP guy instead of paying out RNH for Barrie.

Yeah its 20 unless you come from leagues outside the CHL or are on loan to the CHL from Euro leagues.
