Really could have been a different game had we potted those chances by Kass and Archie early. Unfortunately that didn't happen and we got skated out of the rink in the second half of that game. Frustrating one to watch definitely.

Pretty interesting stat brought up about Kozari and our record or 2 - 11 since the incident with Connor.
Our teams haven't been great but 2 - 11 is pretty nuts.

Very weird game.

Yes, it was an idiotic pass by Larsson. 5 and a game seemed excessive though. They even reviewed it. We have seen much worse.

Ensuing penalty, not only we are down Larsson, but lose Russell as well. Silly penalty by Drai too for 5on3. Yet. Killed it off too.

The damage was done though. Teams down a top 6 forward and 2 dmen is a receipe for a disaster.

Not gonna hate too much how many mistakes the d played late because they were trading shifts for half a game. Couldnt even make a tape to tape pass during to fatigue.

Gotta hate it when the refs want to be part of the spotlight. Just weird ass game. Felt like we were playing the Ducks/Kings. It is Kozari though. Maybe he really does have a thing against McDavid and the Oilers after that Flames game where they dinged him for an abuse of official penalty. Lolol.

Oil played a textbook road game for one period. Wasted stellar goaltending by Koskinen and collectively took their foot off the pedal. Dumb penalties. Colorado took over and won this going away. Thought Jones looked exposed especially with Larsson getting the heave-ho. This game would have been the capper to make a stellar road trip however 3-2 is okay but really could have been great.
