Both teams going to need to simplify things, the ice isn't good enough to do the extra passes.

I like Edmonton. They give us fans of toughness something to cheer for.

Extremely offensively skilled line up that you'd pay to see but also got guys like Lucic, Kassian, Maroon that could fight anything. Nurse, Gryba and Hendricks are other tough players.

Hopefully this is the future of the league. More speed, skill AND toughness!

Pretty much. This would be ideal. The Oil would be a good example if they get it all together.

Awful game. Horrible ice, sun glare in the Oilers end, weak call.

The puck is bobbling so much and it seems players can barely see it.

The crap ice will benefit the jets though, it limits McDavid.

Why would it benefit Winnipeg but not Edmonton?

I kind of agree with him; Jets play more of a straight forward game, alot of shots from defencemen etc, and rely less on individual skill. If the ice indeed is bad, I think it favors the Jets.

Both teams just have to simplify and get more shots to the net. You aren't going to be able to dangle or go tick tac toe with passing. It hurts the creative skilled offensive players on both teams, but no team has an advantage.
