SSM is a powerhouse. Otters have great offense but crap defense. It's going to a slaughter. Id be surprised if it even gets to 5 games to be honest

I do. Have you watched Soo play since around the OHL deadline? They have been an absolute powerhouse since they got Bailey, Deangelo, and Ritchie. Erie will be lucky to win a game. IMO Soo will win the Mem cup, I really can't see anyone knocking them off.

Mact without coming out right has pretty much said we will take mcdavid guessing we will announce that after the playoffs are over, shaw usually televises WHL hopefully will put this on though want to watch these guys battle it out odds are it will be nurse who is tasked to shut down mcdavid

There is a huge difference between London and SSM. Especially defensively. London gave up 64 more goals this year than SSM and SSM is better now than they were for the first half of the year by quite a bit. It would be a major upset in my mind if Erie on this series.

I don't think it will be a sweep. The Otters are still a team that won 3/4 of their games, despite being without the best junior hockey player on the planet for much of the season. SSM relies on some players that I don't like all that much. De Angelo could melt down at any second. So yes, I would bet that it goes at least 5 games. Bassin isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, but it is in his favour to have his team be considered underdogs...
