Wow.. this signing appeared just like an RKO...

I wonder the cap hit (he's pretty good for what he is).. but isn't he a center?

this HAS to spell the end of glass....

Lindberg, McIlrath, Stoll, Stalberg, and Bourque all pushing for bottom-position spots in their respective positions.

Is it bad that the first thing I thought of when he got popped in the off season was.....

"Meet your newest NY Ranger ? "

Right Handed 4th line center who has been putting up an average of 20-25 points the last several years.

4th line energy guy. I like it

Interesting....

Gotta be a trade coming. Even if he's at $600K, that leaves us what, $250K of cap room? No chance.

fingers crossed we are dumping Glass' salary?!

Things Jarret Stoll has done twice:

- Being drafted in the 2nd round by a Canadian NHL team
- Winning the Cup with LA

I suggested this. Low risk and high reward. Proven winner. Insane pker and face off specialist. Love it. Should push glass out of the line up.

this guy was the ideal 3rd line center a few years back. adds a right handed shot and hopefully pushes Glass out of the lineup.

still makes less than Tanner Glass.

Stoll is a good player. I'm in favor of adding good players. I don't know if he's a need though. Are we going to ship out someone else?

Competition is good. One year deal, so he can be moved. Random, but okay.

There is the faceoff man we have lacked for the last decade.

Not sure how much offense he will bring, but the Kings won two Cups with him centering their third line, so not too concerned.

Decent hockey move ignoring the drug stuff. It'll be interesting to see what the injury-free starting lineup looks like after this.

solid deal all around...

Lindberg and Glass' competition...

Glass needs to be shipped out at this point...

This also tells me management is filling the 2RW slot with either Miller, Etem, or Hayes... actually the more i think about it, considering this guy did center the 3rd line for LA, it's feasible they are looking to move Hayes up to the 2RW slot.

Kreider-Stepan-Etem
Nash-Brass-Zuccarello
Stoll-Hayes-Miller
Stalberg-Moore-Fast

OR

Kreider-Stepan-Hayes
Nash-Brass-Zucc
Miller-Stoll-Etem
Stalberg-Moore-Fast

There's simply no room for Glass at this point...
