His conditioning assignment is done basically. We can't send it down officially unless we put him on waivers. At any rate, I hope he moves Marincin off the roster..

Solid effort so far, but not a top end talent. I have a weird feeling Babs is looking for his next Abdelkader or Draper. Not sure Froese is physical enough, but to early to tell.

I think he's been great in a bottom 6 role. He has a great work ethic which is what I always like to see.

I"d keep Marincin up even if we are just going to rotate him in and out of the lineup. Go with 13 forwards and 8 d-men. Clune can go back down to the Marlies. Guy's not an NHLer.

I believe that players on a conditioning assignment stay on the NHL team's active roster. Thus, no one goes down just because the conditioning assignment is over.

Quite frankly he can sub in for any of our defenseman because they are all garbage. Except Rielly of course

I feel like our best possible defence pairings could be:

Gardiner-Phaneuf
Rielly-Hunwick
Harrington-Corrado

That's after Polak is traded, which will hopefully be soon. Can't see them sitting Polak while they're trying to drum up some value for him though.
