Offical game pucks

I was wondering if anyone had any insight on how often they change the look of the Official games pucks in the ECHL? Does anyone know when the current style was introduced?

I'm looking to start collecting the current ones, but not if they are going to change again very soon.

IIRC it's not often, if at all. Some teams had inaugural season pucks, but the design is more or less the same.

I do not believe that they will change this upcoming season. I also collect the game puck set so I know that this was the fourth season of it being used. There are about 70 pucks currently in the set with at least 7 new ones coming next season.

Greenville will most likely be doing a 10th Anniversary

Atlanta is supposedly coming out with a new logo but not too sure at this point

There’s a team doing two specialty pucks that I’m not allowed to say because they haven’t announced it yet

Newfoundland is switching from their inaugural season to a regular puck

2020 All Star Game in Wichita

2020 Kelly Cup Finals (1 or 2 pucks possible)

Also Adirondack May be doing a 5th Anniversary Puck but they haven’t released a logo yet so not sure

As an update: Atlanta’s rebrand means they will have a new game puck next season

Adirondack unveiling a 5th Anniversary Logo means they quite possibly could have a 5th Anniversary Puck next season

At least 2 teams (Florida and Wichita) are doing a ‘rebrand the team for a night’ game. Normally I wouldn’t think there was anything to this but last season the cyclones did a Flying Pigs rebrand with matching game pucks.

We could also see a new Brampton puck as they changed their logo.

Yeah that’d be great. I should have one coming my way but right now I don’t have a high quality picture of that one or the standard game puck with the Newfoundland wordmark. I’m also hearing that there may be a St. John’s Maple Leafs Puck so I’d appreciate it if you could keep an eye out for that

Here ya go. They didn't have the standard game pucks at the last games I went to. Just that one and an opening night one. I'll be keeping an eye out for the St. John's Maple Leafs one for sure.

That is a sweet puck for sure. Can't wait to get mine. The standard this season has the logo with the 'Newfoundland' wordmark over it. I wouldn't expect to see the St. John's ML puck until the first night they wear the Alternates.

It isn't a new logo, they're just putting a different logo on their puck, so I've been told
