How would this work? Just draft a front office and coaches etc? No players?

How would this work? Just draft a front office and coaches etc? No players?

It would work how our usual fantasy drafts work, but instead of building a one-off cup team, the goal would be build the best franchise. You’d have to weigh win now vs building for the future

Contracts and age would would then become more of a consideration. For example; how high does an 18 year old ELC Bedard go? It would add a different dynamic to the usual format
