Goal: Draft the most competitive team for the 2023-2024 season with the following rules
- Salary Cap of $70,000,000 (20-man roster)
- No trades, but you can swap draft positions before the draft begins
- Voting will be done in the same format as previous drafts
- Snake draft, with the 3rd round reversed
- 2 hour clock until Round 10 / 1 hour clock Round 10-end
- Clock will run from 8:00am ET - 1:00am ET
- Teams with skipped picks to make are automatically skipped again
Eligible Players
Use your discretion when taking players coming out of significant injuries over the past year(s). For example: Ryan Ellis has not played in two seasons and potentially will retire. He provides you no value for the first year vote, and you risk the same for the second year vote.
LT will be co-commish.

Eligible Players
- Any player who had a contract for the 2022-2023 season will use that contract for the game, not next years contracts.
- Players who either had an NHL contract during the 2022-2023 season OR have signed an ELC as of July 7th are eligible to be picked. The exception is Leo Carlsson, who will be eligible. Bedard, Carlsson, and Fantilli are 950k.
