He's on a big time contract. Way easier to get top end talent in football in free agency. Amari Cooper returned a 1st only. So, NYG got Peppers and a 3rd rounder as well.

Seems to signal that the NYG likely take a QB and use the other 1st to either grab an OL to help protect him or add to the D. They just added Zeitler to their OL in a prior deal with Cleveland.

He's a good play caller so that helps. Going from Hue and Williams to Kitchens and Wilks is a massive upgrade.
