Kovalev (while on Pittsburgh) scored a goal against Detroit like that way back in the day. Skated around the offensive zone at least twice while Dandenault was defending him. It was pretty awesome, even as a Wings fan. Funny thing was that after that goal, you could tell Fedorov flipped a switch and decided his good buddy wasn't going to show him up in his own barn and proceeded to go and score a hat trick. Great game to be at.

Kind of reminds me of Drouin's shift from the juniors last year except not as long and he got an assist and not the goal. Also, kind of like when the Sedin's pass it to each other for a long time and cycling etc and score. But this is more expressive as it was a 1 man show and not two players playing keep away.
