are you attempting to calculate production rate? If so, why not just use, you know, actual rate of 5v5 and PP individual production instead of these contextless numbers.

Hes attempting to discredit Nylander by showing random career numbers from other players. It's a desperate move just like how desperate people were here last year when he signed after sitting out. Never underestimate the determination to discredit any and all Leafs players on HF. They're all trash and overpaid by default. Nylander could put up 80 points this year but it really doesnt matter to most because they'll just shift the goal posts like a fox news viewer.

I don't even think Nylander is a "steal" at $7 million even if he's putting up 35 goals and 70 points over a full season. $7 million for that is pretty fair. The contract was never bad in the first place, but to bump this thread because he's on a hot streak and claim he has some steal of a contract is just dumb.
