So Nylander and Laine are both players that have been performing poorly so far this season compared to expectations. And their fans have all made a ton of excuses to why they've performed poorly. Nylander is a speedy playmaker that's signed long term. And Laine is a streaky goal scoring specialist that will be up for a new deal in the offseason. Laine will most likely cost a bit more than Nylander, but with his slump Laine could be much cheaper than most expected moving forward. Nylander on the other hand could boost ticket sales if your team is struggling to sell out the arena. So which of these players would you take on your team moving forward all things considered?
