I see the West as a four-headed monster right now (Chicago, LA, Nashville, Anaheim). My personal favorite to win the West is definitely LA - they're doing what they always do, and it's already worked twice - no reason to believe it won't work again.

I kinda like what the Ducks did from a value perspective, but I don't think it will be enough to get out of the west. It's odd to see a team be so close and not try to do everything in their power to push it over the top. You always see teams like their cross town rivals make big additions every TDL, but the Ducks seem to be content having the 5th(ish) best chance and hope to get hot at the right time, rather than pushing to being the favorite. Time will tell if its the right choice.
