I think Blackwood can get his career back on track with some new scenery but I wouldn't give up any assets to bring him in.

I just think the injuries he had early on halted his career. Watching his early success he looked like he was going to kill his groin all the time. Shesterkin scares me in a similar way. But I don't think Blackwood plays like he's 100% not bothered by an injury.

Blackwood might turn it around somewhere, but with the expectations ramping up in Ottawa and the Sens needing to take a step forward I sincerely hope they look for a safer/better/more proven option in nets.
