Reid dyck has everything you want in a goalie. Size, athleticism, pedigree by playing on canada u-18. The only knock against him is that he can’t stop the puck. His gaa is over 4 in the whl and over 6 in u-18 with save percentages in the mid .800s. But if he can ever learn how to stop the puck he will be a real find based off his size and athleticism

i still cannot believe shane wright not only didn’t go first, but went FOURTH??? to an expansion franchise??? slafkovsky has potential to be the next rick nash or whatever but i feel like wright is being punished here for being too efficient and orchestrated on the ice aka not flashy enough. this was a legitmate ohl exceptional status grantee and not in the sense that sean day was either. (espn booth is sus btw)

If you watch Wright's full games from 2022, it is immediately known why.
