Yeah the 3 columns should add to 300% because there's 3 picks at stack, not 1. The chances of getting the 1st pick should add to 100, the chances of getting the 2nd pick should add to 100 amd same for the third.

You would be right if there was only one winner, but there will be 3 winners.

That's exactly what I told you and now you're repeating it to me: 3% is three throws. So it's 1 out of a 100. Not 3 out of a 100.
