The Sports Psychologist who did the interview questions for the Devils proposed to Hischier that "If you throw a catfish on the ice, we will pick you first." To which he responded at the end of the interview "Where can I buy a catfish?"

The NFL does this too. Basically they want to gauge how you handle an odd ball/crazy question. They dont care about the answer but its your initial reaction and how long it takes for an answer to come.
