There’s close to 0 possibility Sharks sign him to an ELC. I’d expect he will become a UFA.
Very likely. He already needs to find a new place to play.

EDIT : It didn't take much time. He was claimed off waivers by another ECHL team (Wichita).

Long term project for the Oilers

The Oilers prospect (2019 draft, 6th round, #162) is switching teams after playing 8 games for Providence College (1G-1A) this season. He plans to stay in college until 2025.

Arizona Coyotes' prospect (2017 draft, 5th round, #126) looks like he'll be turning pro with the Stars' AHL affiliate.

UPDATE : Confirmation

OT, Love that logo and jersey/Color combo, just get the logo off the socks
*Logo on helmet, logo on shoulders, logo on chest, logo on pants, logo on socks, logo on puck*

Huh, I wonder where he plays...

Honestly, not a bad identity, but they need to get a secondary logo or something

Part of the Domi trade at the Trade Deadline. Recently completed his 5th year at Wisconsin.

30th overall. Played 3 seasons at Michigan.

So these both happened yesterday

Expect both former first rounders to sign an ELC shortly.
What this does though is allow the players to get some AHL pro games in now, while they can, while an ELC is being negotiated

Buffalo's signed Josh Bloom to an ELC beginning 22-23 + an ATO for the remainder of this season, so he can join the AHL club now.
