I haven't been to Philadelphia in a while but stay the f*** out of North Philly and Camden. If I remember correctly the suburbs to the west get expensive in a hurry (Ardmore, Bryn Mahr(sp)?) past West Philly. The history in that city is palpable, and I'm 75% of Italian ancestry and I remember having some really good Italian restaurants in that city. I should go back.

I went to Philly once. The amtrack train stopped by. It was the UPenn district. It was okay.
