The players who interest me the most are:
Daniel O'donoghue
Oleg Yevenko
Christian Folin
Yevenko, Why? because he's big lol?
He's got 1G and 4A in 96 games, that's bad

They do?
Here are the top free agent signings from last year:

Only DeKeyser is a regular in the NHL.
Also found this article, and it highlights the ones who did make the NHL (ignoring the dozens who didn't), and it's not exactly a murderers row of free talent.

Signing NCAA prospects is a nice swing in the dark, and on a very rare occasion it works out well, but generally you're just signing AHL depth.

Based on stats, that Daniel O'Donoghue guy looks intriguing. Unlike the guy who got the PTO, Daniel is continually improved instead of an explosion out of nowhere.
I forgot about Antoine Laganiere, lots of bellyaching around here when the Habs missed out on him. 15 points in 62 AHL games so far this year...
To be honest....I haven't seen him play that much. So I'm not going to give an opinion on a guy I might have seen play once. Based on stats....always a red flag to see a guy having having either similar stats or even less stats as a senior which he ends up having. Though 2 things could be the reasons why....a weaker team this time around. Or changing his role, trying to make him more responsible defensively and all. But you would have to rely to Montreal for that. He probably saw him play more often than I did.
