NBC/Versus "Ice cream truck" Zamboni.. coming to a playoff game near you

NBC/Versus have converted a Zamboni into an ice cream truck. They plan to show up "on short notice" at playoff games with a local "NHL Legend" to pass out ice cream.

Interesting marketing ploy.

(Wonder if they'll show up at the Tank when Sharkie is passing out ice cream from the Sharks' panel van ice cream truck? )

We figure this sort of thing is commonplace in Canada, where every ice cream truck looks like a Zamboni, the soft-serve is in mini-goalie masks and they all play a children's song version of Stompin' Tom Connors.

On don't we Canadians wish.....


I think that's a creative thing to do marketing wise, certainly will get people's attention!

He's paranoid because; "people are always following me around"...................................
Tuesdays, he drives backwards over the kids screaming "my turn my turn my turn for icecream".
