Need to get rid of Anderson's contract extension, and that's 2 salaries off the books to re-sign Karlsson, Duchene, Brassard, and to a short-term-and-lower extension Methot

Trade 1 doesn't help the Sens.

Trade 2 I don't know why Vegas would do that deal and the thought of Eugene adding more players to the payroll that will never play is great, but entirely unrealistic.

Trade 3 is a complete waste of assets (Pageau).

Trade 4 Dallas would not trade Methot for Burrows 1 for 1.

Trade 5 is whatever.

Having Condon and Saros as the goalie tandem absolutely spells rebuild.

That would be a deal a team like the Hawks would do, trade away a somewhat useful player for an LTIR contract to get some cap space. Granted, that is assuming that the player they would be trading away is not alergic to his equipment.
