It's pretty much the same thing as Kotkaniemi, holding his head above water since last year, while he should hone his skills down in the AHL.

I was fine with keeping Mete up last year, because he had absolutely nothing to learn from the OHL, kinda like Suzuki this year, but now he should be in the AHL, just like Suzuki should be next year. For all the boner there's been around the league towards Detroits development of players, you'd think we'd learn something... but its rushing players over and over. Leblanc, McCarron, DLR, Mete... Kotkaniemi... Rushing and rushing over and over and they wonder why they cannot develop anyone.
