I've already admitted before that they don't bash DD like the others. True. They are mostly franco protectionists. The way Cherry is Canado protectionist. But nobody mentions that he's a #1C. Nobody. People love to invent things here....Someboyd lately mentioned that Damphousse was protecting DD. What did Damphousse said? He said that Therrien has no choice but to protect DD and to give him easy matchups. Guess who says that here? 95% of this board. But somehow, it came out as "Damphousse protects DD....". And frankly, it's so childish to say that "RDS and the french media" says this or that....How about naming names. How about differentiating people? People hear what the biggest idiot in Gaston Therrien says...and come out here by saying "RDS and the French media" said....

What positives have you seen out of this game? Maybe you can start listing them and get the conversation started in a more positive direction?

The casual fan has no idea how we've gotten where we are in the standings. The just see we're doing well and figure that's it... No clue that we haven't played well, the coaching has sucked, we're using a 3rd line player for a 1st and that these problems have been ongoing forever. They just assume that we're losing a game so we're complaining about this single game. No clue about the fact that this team lives and dies by it's goalie.

Take this game with a grain of salt. Habs playing a road game on trade deadline day after many new players were brought in. Players likely discombobulated. They just seem dazed in this game, often watching the puck or the opposing team. In comparison, the Sharks NEED this game. They are only two points out of the playoffs, they have not won a game at home ALL OF FEBRUARY, and had a players only meeting after last game.
