Kane's a big guy, more fit than most players are yet that crash on the board looked harmless. Maybe he re-injured something. Habs are being out muscled and lost that puck control we were used to. Not going to complain. Montoya has been great so far and we're up by 2. One more period to go. Play defense, ice the puck more - if we play boring safe hockey this game is won.

As someone who's been in the same position as Kane on that play, it was certainly not harmless. There is no give at the bottom of the boards and he was going around 30 km/h

This team has some promise and should be much better than last year just do to the goalies, but what exactly is our identity supposed to be? We are somewhat pesky and have the best goaltender in the league...is that an identity?

We're the sneering rebels. Brought up on the wrong side of the tracks, got life handed to us with a knuckle sandwich and learned lessons in the school of hard knocks.
