Both WWE and AEW need to find new locations if they intend to continue taping.

AEW supposedly has a lot of taping done, so they should be good for a little while, probably about a month. They were in Jacksonville and then moved to the Nightmare Factory in Norcross, GA, where Cody and QT Marshall among others are setting up a wrestling school. They were trying to get done as much as they could with the people they had.

WWE, on the other hand, not so much. They were betting on the local restrictions not being extended, which anybody with an ounce of sense knew couldn't happen, and are shut out of the PC through April 30. NXT should have a few weeks, but Raw is taped through Monday and Smackdown has nothing left through tomorrow. So they either need to find a building or run archived content.

Apparently this was filed last month, but today they set a deadline if you wanted to join in a class action lawsuit against the WWE.

I'm not a lawyer, but anytime you see the phrases "violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934" and "Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts...", you know that isn't good.

"The World Wrestling Entm’t securities class action lawsuit charges WWE and certain of its senior executives with violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. WWE is an integrated media and entertainment company primarily known for its scripted professional wrestling shows. In recent years, WWE has entered into important strategic relationships with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including a multi-year television distribution rights agreement with the Orbit Showcase Network (“OSN”), a Saudi-controlled direct broadcast satellite provider, and a 10-year partnership with the Saudi General Sports Authority to host live events in Saudi Arabia."

The complaint filed in this class action alleges that throughout the Class Period, Defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, Defendants failed to disclose to investors: (1) that they were experiencing rising tension with the Saudi government and a breakdown in negotiations over a renewed broadcasting distribution deal; (2) that the Saudi government and its affiliates had failed to make millions of dollars in payments owed to WWE pursuant to existing contractual commitments between the parties, including at least $60 million owed in connection with the June 2019 Super ShowDown event; (3) that the Orbit Showcase Network (“OSN”) had terminated the broadcast of WWE programming in the first quarter of 2019 despite a contractual obligation to continue such broadcasts and this cancellation was symptomatic of a deterioration in the business relationship between the parties; (4) that the OSN had rebuffed efforts to renew a distribution rights agreement on terms acceptable to WWE, and such renewal was unlikely to occur in 2019, if ever; (5) that WWE did not have the ability to expand its operations in the Middle East or within Saudi Arabia as had been represented to investors; (6) that the OSN had refused to restart the broadcast of WWE programming despite a contractual obligation to continue such broadcasts; and (7) as a result, Defendants’ public statements were materially false and/or misleading at all relevant times.

Nice.

Might rewatch some old PPV’s. How long is this free for?? Is everything unlocked for free (I.E. Raw episodes from the late 90’s)

That's what I've been doing. Watching old PPVs. I think only the more recent RAWs are free.

I don't know how long the Network will be free for though.

That's good about The Revival. There are a few interesting places for them to go.

It sounds like the XFL is basically finished already. This season is obviously finished, but now there are no plans to return next year. Needless to say that getting Vince's full attention back on wrestling can only be a boon to WWE creatively.

WWE is returning to live programming from the performance center

WWE to resume live Raw, SmackDown & NXT TV shows

In short, WWE is contracted to produce a certain amount of live shows every year (for Raw it is 49), and airing taped shows has made Vince think that the networks will be able to later withhold money.

She's such a mental midget. Quits as soon as she faces some adversity just like she did with MMA.

She is so mentally fragile. It's so sad. She probably has 10 million fans but 1000 loud voices will cause her to shit on all of them. It's ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.

Doesn't change the fact that she quit UFC as soon as she faced adversity. I'd be shocked if getting booed by WWE fans didn't rattle her regardless of what she says.
