Wild Merseyside derby this morning, LFC royally screwed by VAR. Everton's last victory over Liverpool was ten years ago today.

Revolution earned a point on the road last night with a 1-1 draw at Nashville. They could actually clinch a playoff spot if results go their way the rest of the weekend.

Notably, the match featured the return of midfield maestro Carles Gil, who supposedly underwent season-ending Achilles surgery in June.

And then... there's this.

I try so hard to get into MLS...but there’s just so much brainless play. Hopeless crosses right into defenders. Horrible shots.

It’s not soccer...the Premier League is night and day. Exciting.

Is it really all about talent? Seems like we can do better as a league.

Prior to this game, the Revs were...

* 0-4-1 against Philadelphia this season.
* 0-8-2 in their last 10 meetings with Philadelphia.
* 0-7-0 in their last 7 games played in Philadelphia.

Arguably, one of the biggest upsets in MLS Playoff history.

GOAL REVS!!!

Tajon Buchanon taken down in the penalty box, and Carles Gil converts the PK to give the Revs a 1-0 on the road at Orlando with just 16 minutes gone.

IT'S TWO!!!

The Revs counter through Carles Gil and Tajon Buchanon. Buchanon's cross is deflected off the post by Adam Buksa, and Gustavo Bou slams home the rebound!!!
