Eh, I've never noticed a trend where Marner disappears when the opposition gets physical. He's not one of those small, offensive types who avoids physical contact like the plague.

That whopping thirteen game sample size.

People seem to be ok using a small sample size for Matthews rough playoff performance, even though he was excellent against the caps his rookie year. Double standard. Grow up.

Marner has a will and the heart to be a clutch guy for Toronto, he has shown it in youth leagues and no doubt he will show it up here soon.

However Kuznetsov was a beast last year, he had a pure will and was not going to be denied whether it was scoring a key goal or assisting a beautiful pass. He had an answer for everything.

Hard to go against Kuznetsov. I'll take Evgeni for now.
