Anyone have any insight as to whether he may earn an ELC next summer? Not assuming he's an NHLer but could be a useful Rochester guy.

He was tending up until an injury the year before COVID.

Kukkonen seems to be marinating nicely. I could see him being signed in the next couple years.

Kukkonen returned to the Lukko lineup today in their 1-0 Liiga loss; dressed as their 7th d-man.

So we have 3 D that we lose rights for on June 1, and Roch needs plenty of D next year so who gets signed.

I guess we'll see if they come to dev camp and how they perform there. I wouldn't hold out any hope that they sign any of the three. (Repeated from the other two threads.)

Of the three, being a RD might give him a leg up on a possible NHL contract, but coming back off a leg injury, he didn't have a very productive year.
