The Minnesota Wild enter Sunday's game on a two game losing streak. After missing opportunities against Detroit and Nashville, the Wild face arguably the best team in the NHL.

Coming off the best second half in the NHL last season, the Blues have added Jaden Schwartz, Vladimir Tarasenko, and Wade Redden. After adding Ken Hitchcock last season, the Blues went on a tear, and they've continued playing great hockey this year.

Blues fans will be pumped up after the team pays tribute to a St. Louis legend. Stan Musial was not only one of baseball's all time greats, but he was also a huge Blues fan.

The Wild's challenge, in addition to weathering the wave of emotion and excitement, will be getting shots on net and limiting the Blues' scoring chances. This will be the toughest test our hometown boys have faced this year.

Rumors Marco Scandella may be making his debut?

Will be a tough game. Got to capitalize those scoring chances, especially against this team.

Nice GDT!

We need a big win!

If they get 24 shots blocked again, I'm going to pull my hair out.

Stoner punches in Backes face again and Oshie's.

Frustration boils over,

Wild 7-2.

The Blues are a deep team, so we cannot afford to be a one-line team this time. We need contributions from the second and third lines too.

All I hope for is a competitive game... the Blues are clicking right now.. the Wild are not. I want to see the Wild start clicking before I'd expect them to win vs the Blues.

The Blues are a damn good team. With that said, I don't expect the Wild to come out victorious. If they do manage to win though, it'll be a confidence boost for the whole team.

4-1 Blues with the dub, Heatley pots the lone Wild goal. Prove me wrong and win, dammit.

K, time for bed.

Well I never expected us to lose to the Wings so let's get this win against the Blues to even things out.

This just in. With him missing practice due to "maintenance," the rest of the team thought they had a good chance for success against the Blues. But when Yeo said Cullen would likely be back for the game, the proverbial bubble of positivity was burst in the lockerroom.

BTW, have you noticed that not only proverbial fast-starter, late in the season flopper Cullen is not following pattern, but Cal Clusterbuck is following his lead. Perhaps its a calendar year thing, not a season thing. Mike Russo is the head of both's PR campaign, so don't expect him to say anything negative about them because both are fan favorites. I expect Cal will have a good game tonight due to hitting and having 5 shots. Of course there will actually be ten shots. I always love how sportswriters/some people think a good game is the number of shots you take. IMO, if none go in, who cares.

Ya, we get it. You don't like Cullen and Clutterbuck. Change the record already.

Anyway, just want to see this team hang in there against a team that is playing the best hockey in the NHL right now. Good barometer to see where our favorite team is at.

Just get rid of Cullen please. I cant bare to watch him wiff on shots or shoot rebounds straight at the golies pads and make no look passes to the oponent´s skates.

Gotta jump on em early I think.

Wild benefit from the Blues playing last night.

Kassian or Konopka will be going with Reaves I'm sure.

Call me crazy but I see see us getting 1 or 2 points tonight.

Maybe Oshie is jealous of Zach being our hometown hero so he's going to have a bad game tonight. lol

GO WILD! :wild

The Blues fans are giving us a ton of respect over there so far saying this is going to be a tough one to win while so many here think we might lose.

Gentlemen, Cullen is relegated to the 3rd line and Scandella and Brodin are on the blue line.

It's going to be all good.

Our second line looks good.

See, we have to trust that the coaches know what they're doing. That's why they get paid the big bucks.

Coming in peace. Little surprised at the low expectations from you guys. Blues are playing their sixth in nine nights.

Hoping for no injuries. I love watching Koivu play.
