Dont really care for Lack's pads with the split logo in the middle. I guess if he was trying to draw shooters in on his five hole...

Actually, that is not a bad idea, really. Draw a bullseye on the center of each pad and see if it does psychologically affect the shooter.

Kinda weird not seeing any knee rolls if those are going to be Miller's pads. Far as i remember he's always had them, and it'd be weird to see a guy that reportedly OCD about his equipment suddenly switching.

Anyway, Lack's "split logo" thing is kind of tacky and childish. Especially considering he spends approximately 0% of the game with his pads together like that. At least, i don't ever recall Lack pulling the old school two pad stack. But whatever. Eddie gonna Eddie.

They're very basic Vaughn template pads. And almost all pads of a tribal style. Do you actually hate the pads or do you hate Miller and this is just and extension of it?

The pads are pads, the tribal stripes I hate big time.
In 2014 that's the best Vaughn has to offer.... C'mon

Miller's pads look like the could be okay but not great for a couple of seasons, but by the third year they could be really ugly pads that you just don't want on the ice. At that point it would be really hard to even give them away.
