Pretty sure thats on Yandle, who gave up the puck initially and then hesitated to take his man one on one.

Yeah but once Yandle commits to manning up the puck carrier the closest forward needs to get back to the vacated spot. Not saying Yandle wasn't at fault as well but that was a blown coverage more than anything.
