Have to agree with Babcock on this one and that is no diss to Matthews. Tavares and Marleau absolutely should get letters then whoever you want on D.

This should shock no one. His attitude in the playoffs last year showed to me his definitely isn't ready for that sort of leadership role. Still has some maturing to do which isn't the end of the world.
