bottom pairing d, some leafs fan will tell you he outright sucks and is a ahler, but he seems capable enough to play imho.

Will be in the KHL in a few seasons as he'll have more earning power - and a more involved role - over there.

Zero value. Best case scenario he returns a late pick. More likely scenario he's waiver wire fodder.

he cleared waivers last year and hasn't exactly improved. Had a decent AHL season but doubt that moves the needle. Probably would clear waivers again depending on the scenario when he went on.

He must be good, Leafs didn't resign Polak and traded Carrik, so they could keep Marincin. I think he good a bad rap with the Leafs though on most teams he's a 7th or 8th dman.

Why would Martin Marincin have value? He's a Bambi legged soft defenseman with a massive turning radius, prone to getting stripped of the puck and dominated physically, or just getting walked around.
