Did this guy win anything in his coaching career?

QMAAA CCM Division Champion 2000 with Laval (head)
CHL Memorial Cup Champion 2006 with Quebec (assistant)
QMJHL President's Cup runner up 2015 with Quebec (assistant)
QMAAA Season and Playoffs Championship 2017 with Séminaire St-François (head)
Telus Cup MAAA runner up 2017 with Séminaire St-François (head)

He was also head coach of Team Québec at the Canada Games 2019. The team won its first gold since 1987 and its 2nd all-time.

With Quebec, he worked with the defensemen and with the PP.

Nepotism ?
Did he win anything ?

That's the type of questions ignorant or biased posters are writing...especially if the hired guy is from Quebec.

Hope you're not serious.

Edit: saw your latter post. I was perplexed by your previous one.
All good now?

I think some posters thought I was being sarcastic with my nepotism comment when I truly had no idea who he was. When i looked into him he seemed like a good candidate. Was being a 100% genuine which isn’t always the case ;)

Roy offered him a job in Colorado in 2013 but Laperrière decided to stay in Quebec with his family. His wife had just given birth. I'm glad he gets another chance in pro hockey.

Not knowing is not being ignorant if I'm asking.

Did I ever say he was a bad hire?

Go drink some kool-aid.
