Yeah I would luv to take my wife and 2 boys to a game, but for the 4 of us that's a thousand dollar night. Craziness. I used to go with my brother in law for weekend road trips when the leafs were playing in montreal... ticket for the game, 2 nights hotel, plenty of "liquids and party favours" and a fun weekend all WELL under a thousand including either gas fare or train whichever we did.

You can get 4 tickets to tonights game for $310 on ticketmaster. You'd spend another 700 on top?
You could always just scale it back a little.
