I'd rather see Gauthier sent down & move Nylander to centre to allow Leivo on the wing. If Babcock is unwilling to do this then yea, send a waiver exempt Soshnikov down so we can get Leivo in & see what we have.

Putting Leivo on the 4th line for 8 mins a game though would be a waste of time as well & would not serve as a proper evaluation of his goal scoring ability.

No need to make room, Sosh is injured so Leivo gets in. Plays 3:34 in the game.

Sosh has a nasty wrist shot that i feel like i haven't seen him use even once this year.

I feel like injuries have slowed him or at least hindered his confidence. He was really exciting last season playing with speed and edge but this year he just hasn't looked like the same kid out there. Hope he bounces back really like the edge he has.

He needs ice time. Hard to get into a game playing so few minutes.
