macarthurs value is probably a minus 2nd rd + decent prospect.

You guys can have Lupul. There's a reasonable chance that Ottawa's doctors would give him a passing grade on a physical.

Actually considering MacArthur maybe upgrade that to high probability...

When MacArthur went down and there was talk that his contract was uninsured, my first thought was to see if Minnesota would take his contract in exchange for Pominville. All indications are that he's going to be bought out next year in advance of the expansion draft, so I was wondering if he could fit somewhere on Ottawa's roster. I know he has a NMC, but I was curious if he might be interested in playing closer to home. If Ottawa made that deal, where would Pominville slide in? 3RW?

And I don't see Chicago moving Hossa. He's going to be "LTIRetired" the moment he decides he's done playing (or proves to be ineffective).
