I'm a Sharks fan, haven't heard about his being upset with the team. Even if he's upset you do what you can to accommodate him, you don't trade him.

Like i said, Alzner will be gone next year and we have the cap space to hold his contract. Chiarot has a 3 year term @ 3.5M and he fills a need (big/physical defensive LD). Vlasics contract is a boat anchor, best of luck with him.

Vlasic's contract isn't going to be a boat anchor for quite some time. He's still a very good player and he's better than Chiarot.

I'm not the most knowledgeable on the sharks but I've heard that he had problems since Karlssons arrival here on these boards and he's one of the longest tenured players for San Jose who just got snubbed on a C and A.

To add: vlasic really returned to form last season after he stopped trying to be Erik Karlsson. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if this was a weird coaching adjustment either.

They did basically toss Zettler into a timeout corner for sucking at his job.
