Canucks

Reasons why VANCOUVER wins this series

1. Pekka Rinne is better than Halak. - Perhaps so, however our tandem is much better, and that brings you far in the playoffs, just look at St.Louis
2. Nashville has a superior defense lead by Shea Weber, Goligoski, Smid, and the defensive specialist Hal Gill. Goligoski is our only D man under 6'3. Canucks have a much better defence (see below). Weber, Goligoski, Smid, Gill, Boychuck, Ericsson vs. Byfulgien, Johnson, Bieksa, Beachemin, Polak, Leopold. I'll let you decide for yourself looking at these players.
3. Our forwards are built for the playoffs. We have veterans like Rolston, Fisher, Franzen, Morrow who are experienced players. We have grit and skill. Our forwards were also built for the playoffs with many of them having Stanley Cup final experience. We have a perfect set-up with a scoring line, a shut-down/scoring line, another scoring line, and finally a shut-down line.
4. The Sedins disappear in the playoffs. Sometimes they do, however our second line and third will help our offence out immensely. We are lead by the captain of the former Stanley Cup winners!
5. Shea Weber's playoff beard. - Parros moustache...
6 Carrie Underwood's perfect figure. -Green Morphsuit men
7. A superior coach. Debatable.
8. Our special teams will out perform the Canucks and we have a deeper team than they do. That's incorrect as our team is much deeper. We don't have young Kostistyen on the first line, or Franzen either. It will be hard for them to put up points. And our penalty specialty teams of Boyle and Higgins with Beachemin and Leopold will be a great shut-down team. The power play....I'll let you guys look at my roster and think about that one...oh my :yo:

Vote for :nucks!

As you can see, Canucks are the much better team in all aspects. We have unbelievable scoring capabilities, great veteran players who will help us to the cup, and a great tandem.
We have four top 2 defenders in our top 4. We have 8 defenders who are all capable of their own end. On our third pairing we have two top 4 defensemen in Polak and Leopold who are more than capable to take on further responsibilities should the need arise through injuries. Our goaltending tandem is solid, with both goalies starters on their previous respective teams. Halak is the more skilled therefore he will be our started. Should he be injured, we have Joseph who is more than capable at handling the reigns. Our forwards are a thing to behold. With the dominating line of the Sedins and Burrows, we are more than capable of scoring. Our second line will be our shut-down line with still abilities to score with Ribeiro being able to go on the offensive while Richards and Brown are gritty and can cover his tracks while potting in goals consistently. Our third line will be scoring again as we had trouble with that in the years past in the playoffs. This competitive line will increase our chances at obtaining the cup. Finally our 4th line and reserves. These guys are all gritty guys who can actually skate. Not only will they shut-down other power plays and scoring lines, they will also be able to pot the odd goals. They will fight and stand up for the Sedins and other players whose responsibilities are more offensive. Finally our choice of Captain is Dustin Brown, with the Alternatives being Dustin Byfulgien, who commands a great presence on the ice, and the Sedin brothers. We believed it unfair that Henrik was Captain last year while Daniel was Alternative, therefore we made them both Alternatives and this way they will compete more to be the better brother! Our choice of captain is obvious as he won a Stanley Cup while leading his team. He is a great player in which we believe will also lead us to Stanley Cup.

Vote :nucks!

:edmonton vs :blues i have nothing bad to say about their team except that i want mine to win over theirs for one reason, the fact that they droped in the stadnings from 2 to 3 and i raised a ****ing terrible Oilers team from 14 to 6 so the journey we took should count for something so vote :edmonton

Here in New York we are happy at the team we built. We believe that our defense is in the top 5 in the league but it isn't the best. Our offense will make up for that and will help Jummy Howard by scoring goals.

Our team has depth at every position, star players at every position, and tremendous skill all over the ice.

Our entire top 6 can score 30+ goals, and our bottom 6 is filled with gritty, hard-working guys who can also put up points.

We have insane depth at centre and on the wings too. Our depth at defense is also plentiful. This is a team that can win games easily.

Our defense is mainly comprised of shut-down guys, but who can also contribute offensively from time to time. We have our PP quarterback in Wiz, and his cannon of a shot is very helpful.

Our goaltending is arguably the best in the League, with 2 starting goalies making up our tandem, both of which have won a Stanley Cup in the past.

We feel that this team can easily go far in the playoffs.

With our forwards, defense, and goaltending, I have 2 messages:

1) GOOD LUCK SCORING ON US
2) GOOD LUCK STOPPING US FROM SCORING ON YOU

Oh, nice to see you enjoyed yourself. I really enjoyed making WCF and losing to LA by 1 vote. Did you also enjoy Produce screwing you not once, but twice??

considering most rebuilders would have accepted only one of them, like I dunno, D. King or Martinez + tons of average prospects, I dont think screwing is the right word haha =)

as for the both of ya making it far (or winning), of course you did, rebuilders wants prospects so much they're willing to trade you their best players for late 2nd and 3rd + a bunch of average prospects at best ;)

I mean, not with the same success as you had that game, but I did the same in previous games, **** prospects for top 6 F and top 4 D =)

Deepest team we have ever had. We have the team to win and we know we can beat Boston. Boston isnt very deep up front outside their top 2 lines.

We will beat them over a 7 game series and go even further in the entire playoffs. If you compare both are teams, without a doubt we are deeper and have the stronger lineup.

Vote :blues ! We are IMO the best defensive team in the league (not just Dmen, but 2 way forwards + DFD + Goalies), so no one will score on us. The Sedin Sisters tend to fade in the playoffs, while my hard nosed players tend to elevate their game. The Nucks best clutch playoff performer, Kesler, is now in our jersey!

The Sedin brothers lost most of their offensive power as they were always subject to the other teams shut-down lines as we previously had no secondary scoring as Kesler was always a more defensive player. However now we have a more offensive while still defensive secondary line and a third line which is another scoring line. While the Blues defence and goaltending is about equal to mine, it is our offence that will win us this series. The Blues are not too deep offensively, especially with Kesler as their #1 C. Kessel will help, however he won't be able to do too much by himself, and will disappear in the playoffs. The Canucks also have hard-nosed gritty players in our 2nd line of Ribeiro - Richards - Brown, our 4th line of Higgins - Boyle - Abdelkader and also in our reserves with Parros and Adams. Our goaltending is well-equipped with former Blues Jaroslav Halak and another starter in Jose Theodore. I am incredibly happy with this competition which faces us, and Mike Richards and Dustin Brown are eager to finish them off just like in the previous Stanley Cup playoffs. Our Captain in extremely pleased with the Canucks chances to win the Stanley Cup. Vote :nucks!
