When Bratt comes back if they haven’t played STAFFORD he can be waived if JQ and Dea are holding up their end of the bargain. He was brought to Europe as an emergency injury replacement - which sadly the team ultimately needed. Hopefully JQ and Dea make him unnecessary on the roster. He might stick around depending upon what goes on with the extra defenders also.

I think the injury may have been just a hairline fracture so we really will see him back after 5 games.

Tell me about this kid, I don’t know much about him and am trying to get to know the team better!

My gf lived in Howell for a bit but moved to NYC for schooling (still hates Rangers haha, true Devils fan) and since then I’ve been trying to get to know/watch the team more and go to games every month I go down.

I’ve heard mixed stuff about him so just want to hear what you all have to say!

well, he hasn't played a game this year because he got his jaw fractured off of a puck off the crossbar a few days before the opener

He is small but he is quick as hell. His hockey sense is very good and might be the best aspect about him. Sometimes I think he tries to pass a little too much, and he does have a pretty good shot

He can play both PP and PK.

I wouldn't put expectations too high. It's his first game and he may still be building his fitness level back up.

But as far as Bratt, he may or may not have an impact but his presence is sorely missed, especially his TALENT.

I watched the practice clip that Chris Ryan posted and he was flying out there. His edge work as always is ridiculously good. I hope he can bring that speed to the game, but we'll see how much jump he has.

That was a dirty little pass last night.

He looks absolutely puny out there though, like.. way smaller than Nico even.

Though with the way the league is trending, that may not be as big a concern as it would've been a couple years ago.
