Not bad, but I would try:

Patch - DD - Bourque
Briere - Pleks - Gionta
Bournival - Eller - Gallagher
Moen - Prust - Leblanc

Reason being:

Gallagher is being wasted on the 1st line, DD and Patch play with themselves and Gallagher stands in front of the net. Bourque can EASILY do that and he's at least a bigger guy who could cause trouble and is hard to move out the crease.

Gallagher and Eller play very, very well together. He is more useful in my eyes giving Eller someone who can finish his plays. Bournival is very much underrated offensively, he has an amazing shot, and he will thrive in an offensive role IF that line is used that way.

Fourth line is made up of 3 guys that will work hard, and Leblanc could take faceoffs too.

This would be a step in the right direction for sure (I stupidly hope for Pacioretty to play with Plekanec), but you'd have 3 lines capable of scoring and no obvious defensive liability.

He's probably going to be sent down a couple of times before Wednesday's game. :sarcasm:

After reading all of these 2 minute jokes it finally hit me! We should have a 2 minute or else avatar theme!

Or does he play longer than it takes the anthem singer to get through his gig?

At least it is better than Carbonneau's lines of old.

He would put Murray and Diaz up front.

The sad thing is a week ago, I was thinking about this and I think I'd rather have Murray playing forward than Parros. At least Murray can do a good job protecting the puck behind the net (like he did against Ottawa a few weeks back) and we can play him on the PK.

Leblanc is surprisingly very strong In the corners, possesses excellent hockey sense, plays well in all three zones. He is ready for third line minutes. Been a rocky ride for him but he has NHL pedigree.

From what I remember when we called him up earlier in the season he was pretty weak in the corners and on the puck. That's what I noticed the most, considering his potential NHL role is that of a 3rd liner.

I'm hoping he proves me wrong.
