As to how the draft would go with the proportional basis. Say team # 3 won the 1st pick. I believe it means that the remaining teams would then have their odds adjusted with the winning teams odds taken out of the equation. Meaning
Last place starts off as:
20/100 = 20%
Team 3 wins #1 so new odds or last place team are now
20/(100-11.5) = 22.6%
Run it ONE time and who do I get? 1. Kings 2. Panthers and 3. Dallas
