They have a 5-on-3 and they're cycling the puck around the perimeter and taking shots from the tops of the circles. Why are they not taking the puck to the net?

This game really has demonstrated all of our problems. Bad goaltending to start, bad PKing, bad PP, and to top it all off our top guys can't score at 5 v 5.
