is it a sign? I think so, merge the SHL and Liiga
LoL no! It does not make any sense from monetary point of view. Also swedish clubs are way more rich than finnish ones. They are showing them in sweden because the company Cmore owns the tv-license for both leagues

All jokes aside, that would be awesome
No it wouldnt. Finnish teams would be at the bottom of the table. NLA and SHL have relegation and promotion systems while Liiga does not so it would not work. Personally i like the local appeal of national leagues than some plastic NHL

I would appreciate if someone could tell me something about Tommi Tikka - average Liiga player or how much better /worse ?
Is he injury prone ? Strengths/weaknesses?
Any info appreciated.

Jatkola was injured with 1 minute left to play and Rahm played 40 seconds and gave up one goal. Leads to this funny statline. 85.71 GAA lol

Quite close to average when it comes to skills. He's good in faceoffs and can be agitating sometimes. He has cleaned his game a lot in recent years.

Tikka fits in every Liiga roster so he is definitely better than most Liiga players, also he got a euro hockey tour invite this season. Tikka is most famous for making the opponent players mad and from his great faceoffs. You will understand his importance when he plays for your team.

Curious if anyone could tell me how Leo Loof has looked for Ilves Tampere and whether you think he has NHL potential.
He has improved a bit but the soonest i can see him getting a NHL contract is after next season.

Is my eyes getting worse, or is that Jukka Jalonen in Cmore studios? Is he often part of cmore liiga studios as expert?

Great win by Pelicans. Tappara is still really good but now looks beatable.

So you wanna drop Lukko, regular season third, 2021 champion and always has one of the biggest budgets. If you look at the Swedish and Swiss leagues how small places there are. Its not the size but how you use it. Estonians and Lithuanians don't care about hockey.

Riihinen has been quite solid TOP 6 D for Pelicans. He doesn't do anything extra and just focuses on playing Pelicans's defensive zone well. He plays actually quite a lot (average 17:53 per game). An interesting player
Too old to be drafted but it appears he played in all 17 playoff games as a 21-year-old.

Any chance he receives an invitation to an NHL camp?

That one caught my attention too.

Decent offensive numbers with HIFK but seems as if his defensive game is still a work in progress.

Playing in Oulu next season. Anything to suggest he can play at the KHL/SHL level or even return to North America in the future?
Victor Berglund to HIFK, yes another sw
