That blows. And it was a great goal too. Kreider with the recognition to locate Libor and then the snipe. Hajek and Pionk were looking like a pretty good pair too. Bummer.

Rangers typical. Joffrey Croutons had the chance to trade for players named after a strong body part or a delicious vegetable but no, now he's stuck with an actual vegetable who will be diagnosed with Casperitis and will haunt the pressbox for the rest of his career. I bet most of you jerks are already wearing your "I'm with Dumdum" t-shirts and sending emails to Dolan telling him to never draft a defenseman in the 1st round again. Well let me tell you something. This team needs to draft some Good ol Canadian boys on defense and pronto. I'm talking about kids that had to skate through forests of maple trees just for the chance to be 12 miles away from a Tim Horton's. No more drafting or trading for these soft euros. This guy's shoulder separated faster than most Vegas Chapel weddings. K-Fed and Britney were still saying I do when Hajek's acromioclavicular snapped. If Hajek's shoulder was in a steel cage match against Zion's shoe, I'm putting all of my sportsbook cash on the shoe.

It was almost inevitable that after scoring that great goal he’d get hurt. It’s our way

I don't want to say it doesn't matter, but we won't see him again this year.

Which is fine, let him heal up.
Totally fine with shutting him down. Guess just trying to get details/technicalities on how it would relate to future shoulder instabilities and/or if it requires surgery???

Hajek is tied for 1st in goals in NHL history...... By players named Libor

Reminds me of when the NBC crew forces obscure records. Soon to come:

"He is the first Saudi-Hawaiian francophone born on a Tuesday afternoon in Kansas to have a dog named 'Chuck' and learn to walk on a Wednesday morning. Small world."

"He is first in goals among undrafted Angolan Libras who completed each semester of college at a different university whose name ends with 'College' but not 'University.'"
